First floor addition

This project was an in-house design and build, where we presented the client with a range of design options, from a modern look to a more traditional style. We also coordinated with all the necessary professionals to manage the approval process, ensuring the experience was as seamless as possible for the client. The addition included a master suite with a walk-in robe and ensuite, a study, and a spacious living area that opens up to a large deck, offering the client breathtaking water views
